SLEEPING ACCOMMODATIONS (Sleeps 4 guests): First Floor -Primary Bedroom w/ 1 KING bed -Second Bedroom w/ 1 QUEEN bed -Living Room -Laundry Room -Fully Stocked Kitchen -Large Wooden Deck -1 Full Bathroom (no bedrooms are attached) There is a pack n' play, high chair & baby bouncer available upon request. GUEST ACCESS There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway behind the home down the alley. Additional Parking is on the street. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE -Airbnb handles all payments. -Check in is 4:00 PM & check out is 11:00 AM. Late check out/early check in may be requested 24 hours in advance. -Please note we provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. -Smoking is strictly prohibited. -Damage that occurs will be collected from the renters.

Quiet hours after 9pm outside when using the deck. We do not allow Parties with extra guests invited to the house, which includes graduation open house, bridal showers, baby showers, birthday parties, etc.. We know travel schedules don’t always line up perfectly, so we’re happy to offer flexible check-in and checkout times when available just be sure to schedule in advance! All early check-ins and late checkouts must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the standard checkout time to allow us to coordinate with our cleaning team. Early Check-In - $25 per hour before our standard check-in time (pending availability). Late Checkout - $25 per hour past our standard checkout time (pending availability).

As soon as I opened the door, the place was welcoming. The living room was comfortable, the kitchen inviting and the beds were very comfortable. It’s a 1940’s home with nostalgia, yet up to date!

We were able to check in a little early which was really great! Terrific location with easy access to WKU. Cool artwork in the house. We would definitely stay there again.

Our stay here was so nice. Very relaxing. The host was so friendly and accommodating to my needs as a 39 week pregnant lady during a snow storm who needed to be close to the hospital and my midwife. They had someone come clean the sidewalks and salt them. I felt so at home and comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The place was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up with everything we needed. The location was perfect and made getting around easy. Our host was kind, and made check-in/check-out seamless. We felt right at home and truly enjoyed our time here. We loved the charm of this restored home which made us feel comfortable and safe. The surroundings of the neighborhood really was nostalgic and the local history of the fountain and signage on the town square from years ago was a delight from the past. The shops in town were cute and the people were so friendly. A really wonderful way to see a little mix of the old with the new and create a beautiful location to visit and a must come back to explore more. We really enjoyed our stay in the blue house with a yellow door, the Blue Belle. Rochelle and Steve Walton
