Please note: Steps are used to access the entrance. This may be difficult for some. 🛏️ Bedroom: 1 KING bed, Roku TV, hooks for clothes (no closet access), bench for sitting or suitcases. 1 accent chair & 1 full length mirror. 🛋️Living Room: 1 QUEEN pullout sofa (linens are in the ottoman), 2 ottomans, 2 accent chairs, 1 Roku TV, 2 side tables & 1 lamp 👩🏼‍🍳Kitchen: Refrigerator w/Freezer (no ice maker), stove/oven, microwave, toaster, Keurig Coffee maker (pods & sugar provided), crockpot & dishwasher (dish-pods provided), 3 barstools (no dining table) Quick TidBits: - This is a historical home. If we are experiencing higher temperatures, the home will run warmer than the average home. We do have a fan or 2 in the unit. please refrain from putting thermostat to 68. - This property is located downtown: Road noise, sidewalk noise and you may even hear the bands play at the bar, Tidballs, right across the street. We do provide a noise machine in the bedroom to help! - If you are there during a Hot Rods baseball game you can sit on the front porch and see the firework show!

We know travel schedules don’t always line up perfectly, so we’re happy to offer flexible check-in and checkout times when available just be sure to schedule in advance! All early check-ins and late checkouts must be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance of the standard checkout time to allow us to coordinate with our cleaning team. Early Check-In - $25 per hour before our standard check-in time (pending availability). Late Checkout - $25 per hour past our standard checkout time (pending availability).

Highly recommend - this is such a beautiful home with features that you don’t see in everyday homes. Feels very historical but modern - very clean - great neighborhood - easy parking. This place is an absolute GEM and will be booking here if we return to Bowling Green.

I had an amazing experience! I booked both the event space and the Airbnb, and I would highly recommend it. I hosted my bridal proposal there, and afterward we were able to walk to the nearby bars, which made the night even more fun. I may not remember majority from the night (drunk wayyyy tooo much), but I do remember feeling safe and knowing that if anything had come up, I could have reached out and received a quick response. It was truly a night I will never forget. Thank you so much for helping make everything so special! This was the very first event of my wedding planning journey, and it went perfectly. 💍✨

My husband and I love staying in places with character- and this certainly fit the bill! We enjoyed the charm of this historic place, from the brick to the high ceilings. The heat worked well, but I still liked snuggling with the provided blankets as we watched the Olympics and the Super Bowl. We were aware there would be street noise, so we brought a fan. With that and the one provided we were not bothered by the sound of traffic as we slept. If you need total dark to sleep, bring an eye mask as there is a floodlight (for the parking lot, which I was grateful for) right by the bedroom window. I liked that the place was within walking distance to Fountain Square and other restaurants!

Loved our stay, wish we had a longer one. It was decorated for Christmas, which was a nice touch. Clean, had everything we needed, and close to a lot. Cozy place to relax and unwind. Would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at East Main. It was within walking distance of the downtown area, as well as other places. It was clean, comfortable and charming. I’ll be booking again in the summer.
